My favourite Mochi is black sesame or black sesame with peanut coated toasted white and black sesame.. <br /> <br />Looking at the instructions, it is fairly similar to Chinese Tang yuan, just made with cooked glutinous rice flour dough rather than raw glutinous rice flour dough and flattened a little.
